Tombul Tarhana Soup with Vegetables Homemade Natural 500g
Ingredients: Flour, red pepper, homemade yogurt, onion, fresh vegetables, (broccoli, carrot, leek, celery, artichoke) mint, sourdough
Melt some butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the tarhana and sauté for a minute. Add 500 millilitres of water and mix well for about 2-3 minutes, until the best supermarket tarhana starts to dissolve. Continue to stir until the mixture comes to a boil. When boiling begins, lower the heat and let simmer while mixing for another 5 minutes. We suggest adding 1 tablespoon tarhana & 500 ml water per person to make a good soup. Enjoy your meal.
