Tombul Natural Tarhana Homemade Natural Hot 500 Gr
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, hot red pepper, onion, mint, yogurt, salt, sourdough
Allergen warning: whole wheat flour (gluten), dairy products containing yogurt
Preparation: Melt some butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the tarhana and sauté for a minute. Add 500 millilitres of water and mix well for about 2-3 minutes, until the tarhana starts to dissolve. Continue to stir until the mixture comes to a boil. When boiling begins, lower the heat and let simmer while mixing for another 5 minutes. We suggest adding 1 tablespoon of tarhana & 500 ml water per person to make a good soup. Enjoy your meal.
